Work with me

If you’re exploring a piece of work and wondering whether it might be a good fit, you’re welcome to get in touch.

I usually work in a few different ways, often in combination:

  • facilitating workshops, gatherings, retreats or longer processes
  • partnering with teams or initiatives to support learning, reflection and adaptation over time
  • supporting work on governance, power, participation and ways of working
  • writing and synthesis to capture learning, surface patterns and support sensemaking
  • coaching individuals who are navigating transitions or increased responsibility

Some work is short and contained. Some develops into a longer relationship. I try to be clear about scope, pacing and expectations from the outset.

I’m happy to have an initial conversation to understand what you’re working on and see whether it makes sense to explore things further.

How I tend to work

I usually work in a few different ways:

  • facilitating workshops, gatherings, retreats or longer processes
  • partnering with teams or initiatives to support learning, reflection and adaptation over time
  • coaching individuals who are navigating transitions or increased responsibility

Some work is short and contained. Some develops into a longer relationship. I try to be clear about scope, pacing and expectations from the outset.

I currently work mostly online, and in person in the South West and occasionally elsewhere in the UK.

Getting in touch

The simplest way to reach me is by email:

jamie@jamiepett.com

If you’re enquiring about coaching, I offer a free 60-minute conversation to explore whether it feels right to work together. For other work, an initial call is often useful to get a sense of context and fit.

If you’d like to share a bit of background in your email, that’s helpful, but not essential.

If it’s not the right time or fit, I’m always glad to point people towards others who might be a better match.
